  • 2 Tbsp. each warm water and lite soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup Kraft Smooth Peanut Butter
  • 1/2 tsp. hot pepper sauce
  • Lettuce Rolls
  • 12 large leaf lettuce leaves
  • 180 g (about 1/5 of 900-g pkg.) vermicelli pasta, cooked, drained and cooled
  • 3/4 lb. (340 g) frozen cooked cleaned medium shrimp, thawed
  • 1 bunch mint leaves
  • 1 bunch green onions (green tops only), cut into 6-inch lengths
  • 3/4 cup matchlike English cucumber sticks

    Dipping Sauce: Dissolve sugar in warm water in small bowl.

    Whisk in peanut butter until well blended.

    Add soy sauce and hot pepper sauce; mix well.

    Lettuce Rolls: Top lettuce leaves with pasta, shrimp, mint and vegetables.

    Fold in both sides of each leaf, then carefully roll up.
