- 1 egg white
- 1 tsp. cold water
- 1 lb. pecans
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/3 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Directions

1Beat egg white and water just until frothy.

2Add pecans and mix until all nuts are coated.

3Mix sugar, salt and cinnamon together.

4Sprinkle over nuts, stirring nuts frequently, until nuts seem to be coated thoroughly.

5Place on a buttered jelly roll pan (10 x 15 inches).

6Bake at 225° for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
