- 1 egg white
- 1 Tbsp. water
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 lb. pecans
Directions

1Whip egg white and water lightly with fork.

2In another bowl, sift together the sugar, salt and cinnamon.

3Stir the pecans in egg white mixture until thoroughly covered.

4Add sugar mixture and stir.

5Place on flat, greased pan and bake in a 225° oven for 1 hour.

6Stir every 15 minutes.

7Spread on wax paper until cool.
