Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 ounces vodka, preferably grain, such as Skyy
  • 1 ounce Pimms No. 1 (gin-based English aperitif)
  • 1/2 ounce Amaro Nonino (bittersweet herbal digestif)
  • 1 ounce fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 ounce Simple Syrup
  • Ice
  • 1 ounce chilled ginger beer
  • Pinch of cinnamon, for garnish

Directions

    In a cocktail shaker, combine the vodka, Pimms, amaro, lemon juice and Simple Syrup.

    Fill the shaker with ice and shake well.

    Strain into a chilled ice-filled highball glass, stir in the ginger beer and garnish with the cinnamon.
