- 1 (15 oz.) can mandarins
- 3 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 c. cider vinegar
- 1 stick cinnamon
- 2 tsp. cloves
Directions

1Put sugar, cinnamon, cloves and vinegar into saucepan.

2Cook over low heat for at least 10 minutes.

3Add mandarins, cook for an additional 15 minutes over low heat.

4Cool and refrigerate overnight.

5Drain syrup from the mandarins.

6Cook syrup until it is thick, add mandarins.

7These are excellent served with roast duck or pork.
