  • 3 lb. shrimp (21 to 25 count)
  • 3 Tbsp. thyme
  • 3 Tbsp. rosemary
  • 1 c. white vinegar
  • 3 Tbsp. marjoram
  • 3 Tbsp. tarragon
  • liberal amount of hot crab spice (preferably Old Bay or Wye River brands)

Directions

    Combine spices and mix with shrimp.

    Add several bay leaves. Steam over vinegar and water or beer.

    (Steaming only takes a couple of minutes.)

    Do not overcook.
