  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 lb spinach, washed and trimmed
  • 12 cup yogurt
  • 18 teaspoon nutmeg

  • fresh ground black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons walnuts or 2 tablespoons pine nuts, toasted and chopped
