- 2 -3 garlic cloves, crushed
- 2 teaspoons grated ginger
- 1 teaspoon ground coriander
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 lb spinach, washed and trimmed
- 12 cup yogurt
- 18 teaspoon nutmeg
- sea salt
- fresh ground black pepper
- 2 tablespoons walnuts or 2 tablespoons pine nuts, toasted and chopped
