  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 1 lb walnuts
  • 23 cup sugar
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon clove
  • 34 teaspoon ginger
  • 14 teaspoon nutmeg

  • 34 teaspoon allspice
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon orange zest
