- 1 egg white
- 1 tablespoon water
- 1 lb walnuts
- 23 cup sugar
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon clove
- 34 teaspoon ginger
- 14 teaspoon nutmeg
- 12 teaspoon coriander
- 34 teaspoon allspice
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon orange zest
Directions

1Preheat oven to 250F.
