  • 12 lb beef (sliced thinly across grains)
  • 14 cup teriyaki sauce (preferably kikkoman)
  • 3 teaspoons light soy sauce
  • 6 garlic cloves (minced)
  • 2 scallions (1cm cut at white, thinner at green)
  • 1 teaspoon brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon granulated sugar
  • 1 12 teaspoons sesame oil
  • 7 teaspoons black pepper (preferably more or less)
  • 1 teaspoon brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon granulated sugar

    place thinly sliced beef into a container.

    add all ingredients in order above.

    massage the meat, let marinade for 5-10 minutes, if you want to marinade overnight or for longer than an hour, use less teriyaki and soy sauce.

    heat stove, until sizzling hot, add 1 tsp of olive oil.

    cook marinated beef, do not cover pot.

    you may add a teeny bit of sherry or rice wine when meat is half raw if you want.
