  • 2 whole Roasted Anaheim Peppers
  • 4 cups Cabbage, Green Or Red
  • 1/2 cups Onion, Any Kind
  • 2 whole Carrots
  • 1 whole Green Apple
  • 3 Tablespoons Butter
  • 3 teaspoons White Wine Vinegar
  • 3 teaspoons Sugar

Directions

    Roast the peppers on a grill until they char on all sides then place them in a plastic bag and let them sit for 15 minutes. Then peel them and remove the seeds. Then chop it coarsely.

    Chop all of the other vegetables and the apple coarsely.

    Melt the butter in a skillet and add the vegetables and apple, stir and saute over medium heat for about 15 minutes or until the vegetables are all soft.

    Mix vinegar and sugar together and pour over the vegetables. Let it simmer another 10 minutes or so.
