- 14 cup vegetable oil
- 2 (7 ounce) jars roasted cashews
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 14-12 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 12 teaspoon chili powder
Directions

1Melt butter with oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat; add cashews, and cook 3-5 minutes or until browned.

2Remove cashews, and drain on paper towels; place in a bowl.

3Combine salt, cayenne, and chili powder in a small bowl.

4Sprinkle over warm cashews, tossing to coat.
