- 6 catfish fillets
- 1/2 c. ketchup
- 3/4 c. seasoned bread crumbs
- 1/2 Tbsp. each: garlic powder, paprika, cumin and parsley
- dash of cayenne pepper
- nonstick cooking spray
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2In a small bowl, combine bread crumbs and spices.

3Set aside.

4Mix catfish fillets with ketchup, then coat both sides with bread crumb mixture.

5Place in a 13 x 9-inch pan coated with cooking spray.

6Bake for 10 minutes until lightly browned or until fish flakes with a fork.
