  • 6 catfish fillets
  • 1/2 c. ketchup
  • 3/4 c. seasoned bread crumbs
  • 1/2 Tbsp. each: garlic powder, paprika, cumin and parsley
  • dash of cayenne pepper
  • nonstick cooking spray

Directions

    Preheat oven to 350°.

    In a small bowl, combine bread crumbs and spices.

    Set aside.

    Mix catfish fillets with ketchup, then coat both sides with bread crumb mixture.

    Place in a 13 x 9-inch pan coated with cooking spray.

    Bake for 10 minutes until lightly browned or until fish flakes with a fork.
