- catfish fillets
- 1/4 c. lemon juice
- 1 c. hot sauce
- 1 Tbsp. skim milk
- 1 Tbsp. Pet milk
- 1 Tbsp. paprika
- 2 Tbsp. margarine
- 1 tsp. onion powder
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp. white pepper
- 1/2 tsp. red pepper
- 1/2 tsp. oregano
- 1/4 tsp. thyme
- 1/4 tsp. dry mustard
Directions

1Marinate catfish in lemon juice and hot sauce for at least 1/2 day.

2Brush fish with skim and Pet milk and dip in the 7 seasonings mixed.

3In an electric skillet at 400°, put margarine in pan and fry fish for 3 minutes on each side.

4Serve at once.
