  • catfish fillets
  • 1/4 c. lemon juice
  • 1 c. hot sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. skim milk
  • 1 Tbsp. Pet milk
  • 1 Tbsp. paprika
  • 2 Tbsp. margarine
  • 1 tsp. onion powder
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp. white pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. red pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. oregano
  • 1/4 tsp. thyme
  • 1/4 tsp. dry mustard

    Marinate catfish in lemon juice and hot sauce for at least 1/2 day.

    Brush fish with skim and Pet milk and dip in the 7 seasonings mixed.

    In an electric skillet at 400°, put margarine in pan and fry fish for 3 minutes on each side.

    Serve at once.
