Spicy Chicken Spaghetti

- 5 to 6 lb. hen
- 1 1/2 pkg. spaghetti
- 2 green peppers
- 2 large onions
- 1 1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
- 1 stick butter
- 1 can English peas
- 1 can tomato Ro-Tel
Directions

1Cover and cook 5 to 6 pound hen until tender; remove and debone.

2Cook spaghetti in broth; may need to add water and do not drain.

3Saute peppers and onions in butter for 45 minutes on low heat.

4Add this to spaghetti; add peas, also juice from peas.

5Add chopped chicken and Ro-Tel.

6Add cheese in hunks; place in greased casserole dish.

7Place in hot oven about 350°; cover until cheese melts.
