  • 2 (10 ounce) cans chopped tomatoes and green chilies
  • 1/2 onion, chopped
  • 2 shallots, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 3 tablespoons tomato paste
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 -2 teaspoon olive oil
