  • 2 ounces bittersweet chocolate, finely chopped
  • 4 cups skim milk
  • 12 cup cocoa powder
  • 14 cup granulated sugar
  • 12 teaspoon dried ancho chile powder
  • 12 teaspoon cocoa, and
  • 12 teaspoon chili powder

Directions

    1) Put chocolate in a large bowl and set aside.

    Pour milk into a medium saucepan and heat on medium-low setting.

    2) In a small bowl, stir cocoa powder and sugar together.

    Add to milk.

    Whisk over heat until blended.

    When milk is hot, pour over chocolate.

    Whisk until chocolate is melted and blended.

    Stir in pinch of chili powder.

    Taste.

    Add a pinch at a time until spicy enough.
