- 6 eggs
- 1/2 c. flour
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1 c. milk
- 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1 (8 oz.) carton small curd cottage cheese
- 10 oz. Monterey Jack cheese, grated
- 6 oz. mild Cheddar cheese, grated
- 1 lb. sausage, cooked, drained and crumbled
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 1 bunch green onions, chopped
- 2 (6 oz.) cans sliced mushrooms, drained
- 6 Tbsp. butter
- paprika
Directions

1The day before serving, beat eggs in a large bowl with a whisk.

2Add flour, baking powder and milk.

3Cut cream cheese in small cubes; add to egg mixture with the cottage cheese.

4Add grated cheeses, sausage, salt, onions and mushrooms.

5Butter a 9 x 13-inch casserole and pour mixture into dish.

6Dot with butter and a sprinkle of paprika.

7Cover and refrigerate overnight.

8Next day, bring to room temperature and bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
