- 1 tsp. Kikkoman soy sauce
- 2 tsp. salt
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped fine
- 1 tsp. lemon grass
- 1/4 tsp. shrimp paste
- 1 Tbsp. tamarind juice
- 3 Tbsp. vegetable oil
Directions

1Marinate chicken for 2 hours in mixture of spices.

2Fry chicken pieces in the hot oil until golden brown. If the chicken begins to stick to the pan, add about 1/8 cup water. Best served immediately.
