- 1 1/2 lb. large shrimp
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 c. mixed herbs (basil, tarragon, oregano)
- 1 medium clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp. shallots, minced
- 3 Tbsp. olive oil
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Peel shrimp.

3In a mixing bowl, combine herbs, garlic, salt, pepper, shallots and shrimp.

4Oil a cookie sheet with olive oil and place shrimp on pan.

5Grill for 2 minutes or until pink on both sides.

6Bake for 2 minutes until brown. Serves 4.
