- 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 2 dried red chili peppers
- 1 lb. carrots, peeled and cut diagonally, 1/8-inch thick
- 1/4 c. teriyaki baste and glaze
Directions

1Heat oil in hot wok or large skillet over high heat.

2Add peppers and stir-fry until darkened.

3Remove and discard.

4Add carrots.

5Reduce heat to medium.

6Stir-fry 4 minutes or until tender-crisp.

7Stir in teriyaki and cook until carrots are glazed. Serve immediately.
