- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 2 teaspoons dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon rubbed sage
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 4 boneless beef top loin steaks (12 ounces each)
Directions

1In a small bowl, combine the first eight ingredients. Rub about 1 teaspoon of spice mixture over each side of steaks.

2Grill, covered, over medium heat for 6-8 minutes on each side or until meat reaches desired doneness (for medium-rare, a thermometer should read 135°; medium, 140°; medium-well, 145°).
