  • 1 tsp. vegetable oil
  • 1/3 c. milk
  • 2/3 c. flour
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 3 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 c. jalapeno

Directions

    Mix all ingredients and shred cheese. Add 1/4 cup into the mix and 1/4 cup sprinkled on top. Bake at 375° for 25 minutes in hot oven or until firm in the center.
