- 1 lb. pecan halves
- 3 tbsp. butter
- 3 tbsp. worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
- dash of tabasco
Directions

1Preheat oven to 325 degrees.

2Melt butter in skillet.

3Remove from heat.

4Stir in all ingredients except pecans and mix well. Add pecans & toss until well coated.

5Place in single layer in jelly roll pan.

6Toast in the oven, stirring frequently, for 15-20 minutes or until brown.

7Pecans will crisp up as they cool.

8Store in air tight container.
