  • 2 egg whites
  • 2 Tbsp. cinnamon

    Preheat oven to 500°.

    Dip pecans in egg whites, then roll in sugar and cinnamon mixture.

    Place on cookie sheet.

    When oven reaches 500°, turn it off and place pecans in oven.

    Stir often until oven is cool.
