- 4 to 6 (1/2 to 3/4-inch) loin pork chops
- vegetable oil
- 1 large onion, peeled and sliced
- 1/2 to 3/4 bottled barbecue sauce
- 1/2 c. water
- 1/4 to 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
Directions

1Brown chops in hot oil.

2Put a layer of onion in bottom of greased 2-quart casserole.

3Arrange chops over onions.

4Cover with remaining onions.

5Combine remaining ingredients; pour over chops. Bake, covered, 45 to 50 minutes at 350°.

6Serve on plain or parsley buttered rice.
