- 1/3 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 tablespoons garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon powdered ginger
Directions

1Place nuts in a 9-inch square pan.

2In a glass measuring cup combine remaining ingredients; pour over nuts.

3Let nuts sit at room temperature overnight.

4Drain liquid from nuts; place nuts on regular drying trays.

5Dry at 145° for 3 to 5 hours, or until nuts are crunchy.
