- 1 lime, zest of, finely grated
- 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
- 1 pinch sugar
- 3 tablespoons chopped fresh coriander (cilantro)
- 12 ounces shelled raw tiger shrimp
- 1 -2 tablespoon plain flour, for dusting
- 3 tablespoons sunflower oil
- 5 ounces oriental medium egg noodles (we used TempleofThai)
- 1 garlic clove, crushed
- 1 teaspoon grated fresh gingerroot
- 1 34 ounces snow peas, trimmed and thinly sliced lengthways
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds
