Spicy Radish Salad

  • 1 Tablespoon Unrefined Sea Salt
  • 1 whole (about 1 Lb. Size) Daikon Radish, Shredded
  • 2 cloves Garlic, Minced
  • 2 Green Onions, Sliced
  • 1 Tablespoon Gochugaru (Korean Red Pepper Flakes)
  • 2 teaspoons Rice Vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Fish Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Cane Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Toasted Sesame Seeds

Directions

    Sprinkle the salt over the shredded radish. Toss to coat and set aside for 5 minutes.

    Add garlic, green onions, gochugaru, rice vinegar, fish sauce, and sugar. Toss to coat well. Just before serving, sprinkle the toasted sesame seeds on top.

    Store in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
