  • 3 Tbsp. butter
  • 1/2 c. celery, chopped
  • 1/2 c. onion, chopped
  • 1/4 c. green pepper, chopped
  • 1 c. cooked sausage, crumbled
  • 1 tsp sage
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 c. cooked long-grain rice

Directions

    Saute celery, onions and green pepper in butter until tender. Toss vegetables together with sausage, sage, salt, rice.
