  • 1/2 cup sticky rice
  • 1/2 lb ground pork
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1/2 tsp sugar
  • 5 green onion finely chopped
  • 1 ginger 1 inch peeled and shredded
  • 1 bird pepper finely chopped

Directions

    in a medium bowl soak the 2 cups of rice for two hours

    in a bowl mix all the remaining ingredients together and set in refrigerator and cover allow to chill make 32 small balls out of pork mixture
  3. 3
    roll the balls in the rice and stem till pork is done about 10 minutes serve immediately.
