- 1/2 cup sticky rice
- 1/2 lb ground pork
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- 5 green onion finely chopped
- 1 ginger 1 inch peeled and shredded
- 1 bird pepper finely chopped
Directions

1in a medium bowl soak the 2 cups of rice for two hours

2in a bowl mix all the remaining ingredients together and set in refrigerator and cover allow to chill make 32 small balls out of pork mixture

3roll the balls in the rice and stem till pork is done about 10 minutes serve immediately.
