- 2 lb. spareribs
- 2 c. water
- 1 medium onion, peeled and halved
- 1 clove garlic, peeled and halved
- 1/4 c. molasses
- 1/4 c. ketchup
- 3 Tbsp. prepared mustard
Directions

1In a 3-quart saucepan bring spareribs, water, onion and garlic to a boil.

2Cover and simmer 1 hour or until ribs are tender and starting to fall off the bone.

3Remove ribs from bones and put in a foil-lined shallow pan into which they just fit in a single layer.

4Stir together molasses, ketchup and mustard; spoon over ribs.

5Bake in a preheated 375° oven until very hot (20 to 25 minutes).
