  • 1 loaf white bread, dried and broken into small pieces
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 lb. bulk pork sausage
  • 2 c. hot water
  • 1 tsp. Blair all-purpose seasoning
  • 3 stalks celery, chopped
  • 1 tsp. Blair onion salt
  • 1 tsp. Blair black pepper
  • 1 tsp. Blair garlic powder

Directions

    Brown sausage with onion.

    Add water and simmer for 30 minutes. Add spices and celery.

    Add meat mixture with broth to bread.

    Mix well, adding more water if too dry.

    Put stuffing in turkey or chicken, or in a buttered pan, covered with foil.

    Bake at 350° until chicken or turkey is done, or bake in pan for 45 minutes and serve hot.
