- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1/3 cup rice vinegar
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 jalapeno, chopped
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 teaspoons lime juice
- 2 teaspoons crushed red pepper flakes
- 1/4 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon white pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 chicken breasts
- 1 head broccoli
- 1 lb linguine
- peanuts, to taste (optional)
Directions

1Combine first 12 ingredients in a saucepan.

2Cut chicken into bite size pieces.

3Take 3 tablespoons of the marinade and add it to the chicken.

4Marinate the chicken in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

5Cook pasta and steam broccoli.

6Saute chicken until thoroughly cooked.

7Warm marinade.

8Combine the chicken, broccoli and marinade - enjoy!
