- 100 grams Quinoa
- 1 onion, chopped
- 5 Cherry Tomatoes
- 4 Mushrooms
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 can Sweetcorn
Directions

1Fry the onions until brown.

2While they're frying, boil the quinoa if not ready cooked.

3Add the chopped up mushrooms and tomatoes and fry until softened.

4Once the quinoa is boiled, drain & add to the frying pan.

5Fry all together until all mixed up.

6Add the tomato paste & spices, and fry until all hot.

7And any herbs, salt, pepper to taste.
