- fresh tomatoes, cut into chunks (any amount)
- 1/4 c. salad oil
- 1/4 c. vinegar (plain or flavored)
- minced herbs (fresh are best; basil, thyme, rosemary, sage, lemon thyme)
Directions

1Put tomatoes and all the rest in bowl, any size that will fit your quantity.

2Mix lightly; refrigerate at least 4 hours.

3Place on bed of lettuce or drain and add to your sandwich.
