- 1 Small Cucumber
- 1/2 pounds Raw, Sushi-grade Tuna Of Choice. (I Used Yellowfin)
- 1 Tablespoon Green Onion, Diced
- 1/4 cups Plain, Non-fat Greek Yogurt
- 1 teaspoon Sriracha, Or To Taste
- 1/4 teaspoons Garlic Powder
- Salt To Taste
- 1 Sliced Nori (seaweed) Sheet, To Garnish

2Slice the cucumber into 1/4-inch thick circles and lay them out onto a plate.

4Dice the tuna and throw it into a medium-sized mixing bowl with the green onions.

6Into the bowl, add the Greek yogurt, Sriracha, garlic powder and salt.

7Make sure to taste and adjust the salt to your preference.

9Scoop about 1 tablespoon of tuna onto each cucumber slice and garnish with additional Sriracha and sliced nori (if desired.)
