  • 25 each fresh mozzarella cheese balls (1 lb. each), finely chopped
  • 50 each Pre-baked pizza crusts (12 inch)
  • 1-1/2 gal. ricotta cheese
  • 1-1/2 gal. Italian sausage, cooked, drained and crumbled
  • 5 gal. arugula, torn
  • 3 cups KRAFT Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing
  • 1 Tbsp. DURKEE Hot Sauce

Directions

    Sprinkle 2 cups of the mozzarella cheese over each pizza crust to within 1/2 inch of outer edge; top evenly with tablespoonfuls of the ricotta cheese and the sausage.

    Place in full sheet pans lined with parchment paper.

    Bake in 350F-conventional oven for 8 minutes or until mozzarella cheese is melted.

    Mix dressing and hot sauce in large bowl.

    Add arugula; toss to coat.

    Spoon 3 cups of the arugula mixture over each pizza.

    Cut into 8 wedges to serve.
