- 3 to 4 lb. beef roast (pot or rump)
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 (3/4 oz.) pkg. brown gravy mix
- 1 c. water
- 1/4 c. catsup
- 1/4 c. dry red wine
- 2 tsp. Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/8 tsp. garlic powder
Directions

1Mix all ingredients except roast.

2Put roast in crock-pot. Pour mixture over.

3Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or on high for 4 to 5 hours.
