- 1 to 2 pkg. fresh spinach
- 1 to 2 Tbsp. margarine
Directions

1Wash and take out big stems.

2In skillet add 1 to 2 tablespoons of margarine.

3Add handful of spinach, stir until wilted, add another handful of spinach, stir until wilted.

4Do the same until all has been wilted.

5Takes about 5 minutes.

6Serve while hot.

7I always use vinegar before eating.
