- 2 cups semolina flour
- 14 cup whole wheat flour
- 10 ounces alfredo sauce
- 4 tablespoons light extra-light vegetable oil spread
- 2 cups nonfat milk
- 1 cup water
- 2 (1 1/3 ounce) packages alfredo sauce mix
Directions

1Combine flours and towel dried spinach and make pasta according to manufacturers instructions.

2Hang on drying rack or over kitchen chairs to dry.

3Boil wet or dried noodles 9 minutes and drain.

4Melt butter in saucepan and combine water, milk, and sauce mix.

5Bring to a boil, then simmer on low 5 minutes.

6Pour sauce over cooked pasta and enjoy!
