  • 14 cup whole wheat flour
  • 10 ounces alfredo sauce
  • 4 tablespoons light extra-light vegetable oil spread
  • 2 cups nonfat milk
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 (1 1/3 ounce) packages alfredo sauce mix

    Combine flours and towel dried spinach and make pasta according to manufacturers instructions.

    Hang on drying rack or over kitchen chairs to dry.

    Boil wet or dried noodles 9 minutes and drain.

    Melt butter in saucepan and combine water, milk, and sauce mix.
