Spinach and Brie Bites

  • 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 cup Fresh Baby Spinach
  • 4 Creamy Brie Wedges
  • 12 RITZ Crackers
  • 12 teaspoons Strawberry Jam

    In a medium skillet over medium heat, heat the olive oil.

    Add spinach and cook until it wilts slightly, about 2-3 minutes.

    Remove to a plate.

    Spread 1 teaspoon of brie onto each cracker.

    Place 2 spinach leaves on top of brie, followed by 1 teaspoon of jam.
