- 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 cup Fresh Baby Spinach
- 4 Creamy Brie Wedges
- 12 RITZ Crackers
- 12 teaspoons Strawberry Jam
Directions

1In a medium skillet over medium heat, heat the olive oil.

2Add spinach and cook until it wilts slightly, about 2-3 minutes.

3Remove to a plate.

4Spread 1 teaspoon of brie onto each cracker.

5Place 2 spinach leaves on top of brie, followed by 1 teaspoon of jam.

6Serve immediately.
