  • 9-inch unbaked pie crust
  • 1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
  • 1/3 c. sliced scallions
  • 4 eggs, lightly beaten
  • 4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
  • 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 1/4 c. light cream or milk
  • 1/2 tsp. salt

Directions

    Hollow out the centers and saute with the traditional chopped celery, bell pepper and onion in margarine.

    (The mirlitons must be cut in half and boiled in water about 20 to 30 minutes until tender.)
