- 16 ounces fresh, loose spinach or 10 ounces packaged, fresh spinach
- 1 small clove garlic
- 2 teaspoons fresh or frozen ginger
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 2 heaping tablespoons raisins
Directions

1Wash and trim tough stems from loose spinach or wash packaged spinach.

2Mince garlic, grate ginger and add both to hot oil in a pot.

3Add spinach and raisins; cover, and reduce heat, cooking about 2 minutes, until spinach is tender.
