  • 3 pkg. frozen chopped spinach, cooked and drained well
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1 can water chestnuts, chopped fine and drained
  • 1 pkg. Knorr vegetable soup mix
  • 1 whole round rye bread

Directions

    Mix together the first 5 ingredients and chill.

    Carve out middle of rye bread and scoop dip into center.
  3. 3
    Serve with cut-up pieces of rye bread from center.
