Ingredients
- 1 c. Ricotta cheese
- 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 2 tsp. dried or fresh basil
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 2 garlic cloves
- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 (9 oz.) Green Giant frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained well
- 1 (8 oz.) can water chestnuts, drained and chopped
- 1 (2 oz.) jar diced pimento, drained
Directions

1In food processor, blend first 7 ingredients.

2Process until smooth.

3In bowl, combine with rest of the ingredients.

4Blend well!

5Grease a 9-inch spring-form pan and bake at 325° for 45 to 55 minutes.

6Garnish top with fresh parsley snips and pimento. Serve warm with crackers.

7Makes 5 1/2 cups.
