  • 2 hard-cooked eggs, cut into pieces
  • 2 medium, red, tart cooking apples, cored and sliced 1/2 inch
  • 2 oz. Colby cheese, cut into very thin slices
  • 1/4 c. mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbsp. orange juice
