Spinach-Artichoke Casserole

- 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
- 1 (14 oz.) can artichoke hearts, drained and quartered
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1/2 c. butter or margarine
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 c. bread crumbs (optional)
Directions

1Place cream cheese and margarine in a large casserole dish. Melt in microwave over low heat, stirring frequently, to blend. Add spinach, artichoke hearts, salt and pepper.

2Mix thoroughly. Sprinkle top with bread crumbs.

3Bake in a 350° oven until heated throughout (about 30 minutes).
