- 12 ounces fresh spinach leaves washed, drained
- 3/4 cup sliced mushrooms
- 4 slices bacon cooked
- 3/4 cup croutons
- 4 eggs hard-cooked, finely chopped
- black pepper to taste
- 3/4 cup Hidden Valley Ranch prepared, Original Ranch salad
Directions

1In medium bowl combine spinach, mushrooms and bacon, toss.
