  • 12 ounces fresh spinach leaves washed, drained
  • 3/4 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 4 slices bacon cooked
  • 3/4 cup croutons
  • 4 eggs hard-cooked, finely chopped
  • black pepper to taste
  • 3/4 cup Hidden Valley Ranch prepared, Original Ranch salad

Directions

    In medium bowl combine spinach, mushrooms and bacon, toss.
