Spinach-Bacon Salad

  • 1 qt. crisp, young spinach
  • 2 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
  • 4 bacon slices, fried, drained and chopped
  • 2 Tbsp. green onions, chopped
  • 1/4 c. Italian dressing

Directions

    Just before serving, combine spinach, eggs, bacon and onions. Pour dressing over salad and toss to coat every leaf.

    You may want to add fresh, well washed, sliced mushrooms to this salad.
