  • 4 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen spinach, cooked and thawed
  • 4 c. Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing
  • 10 eggs, beaten
  • 1 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
  • 2 onions, chopped
  • 2 tsp. pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. garlic powder
  • 1 tsp. thyme
  • 1 1/2 c. melted butter

Directions

    Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and chill for 1 to 2 hours. Form into balls and place on greased cookie sheet.

    Freeze them for 15 minutes and then bag them.

    Keep them frozen until you're ready to bake.

    Bake at 350° for 20 minutes.
